JOB VACANCY – WEIGHBRIDGE CLERK / DATA ENTRY STAFF (MALE)
Position: Weighbridge Clerk / Data Entry & Documentation Staff

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented staff member to handle weighbridge operations, data entry, and daily goods documentation.

Key duties include:
• Operating and maintaining accurate weighbridge records for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Recording vehicle weights, material details, supplier/customer information, and delivery information.
• Performing daily data entry and maintaining computerized records.
• Preparing and processing Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Preparing Delivery Notes (DN) and related delivery documentation.
• Checking documents, quantities, vehicle details, and material information for accuracy.
• Coordinating with drivers, warehouse/store staff, purchasing, accounts, and operations teams.
• Maintaining proper filing of weighbridge tickets, GRNs, delivery notes, and other documents.
• Preparing daily reports and summaries as required by management.
• Ensuring all entries and documents are accurate and completed on time.

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in weighbridge operations, data entry, warehouse documentation, logistics, or a similar position is preferred.
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with GRN, Delivery Notes, invoices, weighbridge tickets, and basic logistics documentation.
• Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Must be reliable, organized, and willing to work according to company requirements.
