Position: Odoo Functional Consultant + Technical Developer
Type: Part-Time / Project-Based
Location: Bahrain / Remote

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant + Technical Developer to help configure, customize, integrate, and maintain our Odoo ERP system.

Responsibilities

* Configure and implement Odoo according to business requirements
* Set up and optimize POS, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and related modules
* Develop and customize Odoo modules and workflows
* Create automated processes and customized reports
* Integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs
* Troubleshoot technical and functional issues
* Provide ongoing support and improvements
* Advise on the best Odoo setup and processes for the business
* Document configurations and customizations

Requirements

* Strong experience with Odoo, preferably Odoo 19
* Experience as both a Functional Consultant and Technical Developer
* Strong knowledge of Odoo workflows and business processes
* Python, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework knowledge
* Experience with API/system integrations
* Experience with Odoo POS and Accounting is highly preferred
* Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into Odoo solutions
* Previous experience with restaurant/POS implementations is an advantage

Working Arrangement
Part-time/project-based. The initial work will involve setting up and customizing the system, followed by ongoing support as needed.
