We are urgently looking for a PROPERTY SUPERVISOR_COORDINATOR

DELIVERABLES:

• Rent and occupancy management

• Tenant management

• Maintenance and facilities management

• Supplier/vendor and AMC coordination

• Property agent relationship

• Reporting and administration

QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the management of properties (commercial buildings, residential buildings and villas)

• Strong communication and customer relations skills

• Effective reports, analysis, and recommendation

• Valid driving license

A candidate who meets the above expectations and can join immediately will be preferred.
