Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Coordinator to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily MEP activities on site and ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on MEP construction experience and be capable of coordinating effectively with MEP engineers, subcontractors, consultants, civil/architectural teams, and site management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily MEP activities with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and installation activities.
Coordinate and follow up with MEP subcontractors and site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Follow up on material requirements and coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability.
Prepare daily and weekly MEP progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project management.
Ensure MEP activities comply with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable construction standards.
Monitor project activities to ensure MEP works are completed according to the required schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP construction/site coordination experience.
Strong building construction experience is required.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, technicians, and multiple site teams.
Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and snagging.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Knowledge of Revit/BIM or MEP coordination software is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is preferred.
