Description

Barista
Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Follow health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
🍽️ Waiter
Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Handle customer requests and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Assist with cleaning, restocking, and general café operations.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and customer service procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
🚗 Driver
Deliver food, beverages, and other café orders safely and on time.
Collect and deliver orders to customers, suppliers, and company locations.
Ensure all delivered items are handled carefully and maintained in good condition.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
Provide professional and respectful service to customers and suppliers.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
