Looking for Technical & Sales Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities

* Coordinate with customers to understand technical and business requirements and recommend suitable company products and solutions.
* Experience in ELV systems
* Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, technical specifications, and project documents in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
* Coordinate with software developers, technicians, suppliers, and customers for installation, configuration, testing, and project completion.
* Provide first-level technical support, follow up on customer issues, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
*Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, project status, AMC renewals, and customer requirements to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
