Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
* Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
* Explain company services, offers, and products clearly.
* Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or assistance.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
* Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.

Requirements

* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic English speaking and writing skills.
* Confident and polite telephone manner.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work under targets and handle multiple calls.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

* Customer service skills.
* Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build a good relationship with customers.
