Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor – Building Construction to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on construction experience and be capable of managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities on site.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and fire alarm works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure MEP materials and equipment are available on site when required.
Requirements
3–5+ years of relevant experience as an MEP Supervisor in building construction.
Strong hands-on MEP construction experience is a must.
Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience managing subcontractors and construction site teams.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
Candidates with transferable/cancelled visa or valid local status are preferred.
Important

This position is specifically for a construction-focused MEP Supervisor. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities management, without hands-on building construction experience, may not be suitable.
