👨‍🍳 Experienced Pakistani Cuisine Cook Required

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pakistani Cook for a cafeteria/restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Pakistani traditional cuisine, maintaining excellent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Pakistani breakfast (Nashta) and traditional dishes.
- Expert in Chicken/Mutton/Beef Karahi, Nihari, Biryani, Paya, Chana, Haleem, Daal, BBQ and other Pakistani dishes.
- Prepare popular breakfast items such as Halwa Puri, Chana, Paya, Paratha, Aloo Paratha, Omelette and other traditional Nashta.
- Maintain consistent taste, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen preparation efficiently during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and work areas.
- Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pakistani Traditional Cook/Chef.
- Excellent knowledge of Pakistani spices, recipes, and cooking techniques.
- Experience in cafeteria, restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently.
