📋 Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and event decor.Handle fresh and artificial flowers with proper care, conditioning, and storage techniques.Assist walk-in and online customers with their selections and custom orders.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display areas and workstations.Manage inventory levels of flowers, vases, ribbons, and other design supplies.
💼 Job RequirementsNationality: Filipino national (Kabayan).Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced flower shop.Skills: Strong technical knowledge of local/imported flowers and current design trends.Attributes: Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.Portfolio: Must be able to showcase a portfolio or photos/videos of your past floral work.
