Core Responsibilities
1. Security & Monitoring (Watchman Duties)Patrol Property:
Inspect the premises, gates, and perimeter regularly to prevent trespassing, theft, or damage.
Control Access: Monitor visitor entry and exit, manage building keys, and check identification when required.
Emergency Response: Act as a first responder for minor issues and alert management, police, or fire services during emergencies.
Report Incidents: Document and report any suspicious behavior, rule violations, or property damage to the supervisor.

2. Cleaning & Maintenance (Cleaner Duties)
Common Areas: Sweep, mop, and polish hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and reception areas.
Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and fittings daily; restock soap and paper supplies.
Waste Management: Collect trash from offices or units, empty bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Upkeep Reporting: Inform management when cleaning supplies run low or if facility repairs are needed.

Key RequirementsPhysical Fitness:
Capable of standing for long hours, walking patrols, and performing physical cleaning tasks.Communication
Skills: Basic proficiency in English (knowledge of local languages like Arabic or Hindi is often an advantage).
Personal Traits: Honest, reliable, observant, and trustworthy.Experience:
Prior basic experience in security guarding, housekeeping, or general facility cleaning is preferred
