Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily MEP installation works while ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, subcontractors, and MEP site teams.
Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Ensure all MEP installations are completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress/manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors, technicians, and construction site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and HSE procedures.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be currently located in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
Candidates with cancelled/transferable visa or valid local status are preferred.
