Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to the café’s standards.

Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional customer service.

Operate coffee machines, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and correctly.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, tables, workstations, and equipment.

Ensure orders are prepared and served accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist customers with menu items and provide recommendations when required.

Handle cash and card payments accurately.

Restock coffee, beverages, food items, and other supplies when needed.

Follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

Work effectively as part of a team and assist other staff when required.

Handle customer complaints professionally and report any issues to the supervisor or manager.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
