Description

The Helper will assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily activities at the worksite. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting skilled workers with construction and maintenance tasks.
- Loading, unloading, carrying, and arranging materials and equipment.
- Preparing tools and materials required for daily work.
- Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Helping with basic manual work as instructed by the supervisor.
- Following all workplace health and safety rules.
- Supporting the team in completing daily tasks on time.
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

- Must be 22–30 years old.
- Minimum Intermediate education.
- Construction-site experience is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
