Job Opportunity: Food Procurement Manager

Industry: Food & Retail

Responsibilities:
* Manage and plan the procurement of food materials and supplies for retail outlets.
* Source, evaluate, and select suppliers while negotiating competitive prices and contractual terms.
* Monitor inventory levels, ensure continuous supply availability, and control food waste and costs.
* Inspect the quality of supplied products to ensure full compliance with food standards and specifications.
* Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key suppliers and distributors.
* Prepare periodic reports on procurement costs, market trends, and budget performance.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in food procurement and retail operations.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
* Strong knowledge of the food market, supply chain dynamics, and vendor networks.
* Advanced negotiation, communication, and cost-management skills.
* Thorough understanding of food safety and quality standards.

Salary: 600 BHD
