Description

A well knows bakery in Bahrain looking for an experienced and skilled Pastry Chef to join our bakery team.

Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery production.
-Experience preparing cakes, brownies, cookies, pastries and other bakery products.
-Able to follow the recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality.
-Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
-Able to manage daily production and work independently.
-Good teamwork and communication skills.
-Diploma / Degree in Pastry Arts, Bakery & Confectionary, Culinary Arts or an equivalent qualification is required.
-Strong command of written and spoken English is required. Must be able to read, write and communicate confidently in English.
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, hotel or similar F&B establishment.
-Ability to train and give clear instructions to junior / helper staff.
-Relevant Bahrain/GCC experience is preferred.
