We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lounge Manager to take full ownership of the lounge's day-to-day operations and commercial performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who knows how to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver a premium guest experience from open to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end responsibility for lounge operations — staffing, service quality, inventory, and guest experience
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, promotions, and upselling
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and service staff
- Monitor daily sales performance, costs, and profitability
- Build relationships with regular guests and grow customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Manage supplier relationships and stock control
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, or hospitality management role
- Strong track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Highly operational, hands-on, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of the Bahrain hospitality/F&B market preferred
We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and craft a menu that matches the premium standard of our lounge concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and continuously refine the food menu
- Oversee all kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and training
- Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on menu pricing and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, ideally in a lounge, restaurant, or premium F&B setting
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Creative approach to menu development
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Experience in the Bahrain/GCC market preferred
We're looking for a skilled and creative Barista to craft an exceptional beverage experience for our guests — from expertly made hot and cold drinks to inventive mocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages to a consistently high standard
- Create mocktails and specialty drinks
- Develop new and innovative beverage recipes
- Perform latte art and other presentation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
- Stay current with beverage trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista, skilled in both hot and cold beverage preparation
- Experience making mocktails and specialty drinks
- Strong latte art skills
- Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for recipe development
- Excellent guest service skills
We are seeking a creative and experienced Shisha Mixologist to craft signature shisha blends and elevate the guest experience at our lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative shisha flavor mixes and blends
- Prepare and serve shisha to a consistently high standard
- Stay up to date with shisha trends and flavor innovations
- Recommend and customize blends based on guest preferences
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Contribute creative ideas to expand the shisha menu
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shisha Mixologist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of flavor profiles and blending techniques
- Creative and innovative approach to mix development
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
