• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian sweets & farsan making
• Good knowledge of traditional Indian sweets and farsan
• Must be able to maintain quality, taste, hygiene & consistency
• Hardworking and responsible
• Ability to work in a professional kitchen environment
• Experience in bulk production will be an advantage
