โ€ข Minimum 2โ€“3 years of experience in Indian sweets & farsan making
โ€ข Good knowledge of traditional Indian sweets and farsan
โ€ข Must be able to maintain quality, taste, hygiene & consistency
โ€ข Hardworking and responsible
โ€ข Ability to work in a professional kitchen environment
โ€ข Experience in bulk production will be an advantage
