JOB DESCRIPTION

An interior fit-out project coordinator manages daily workflow, tracks material procurement, and bridges communication between clients, designers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure commercial or residential spaces finish on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Tracking: Monitor master project timelines and daily site activities.
Communication Hub: Link clients, contractors, suppliers, and design teams.
Procurement Support: Source material samples, manage deliveries, and track orders.
Document Control: Organize shop drawings, material submittals, and variations.
Cost & Progress Reporting: Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and status updates.

Experience: 2 to 5 years working on interior fit-out or joinery projects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read technical/architectural drawings; basic use of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Nationality : Indian Candidates preferred.
