Description

We are looking for a Trainee Mechanical Engineer for our Factory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are highly welcomed).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Machines, manage, repair, and optimize industrial equipment while working under Senior Engineers
Soft Skills: Quick learner, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfortable working under physical industrial conditions.
Core Responsibilities :
Assist in Repairs: Support senior team members in repairing, assembling, and installing machinery.
Preventive Maintenance: Routine cleaning, component lubrication, and system calibrations.
Fault Diagnosis: Assist in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of unexpected equipment breakdown.
Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to strict protocols like Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Assist Production Manager in day today production process.
