Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing objectives, campaigns, and overall business goals.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions promptly and professionally while building a positive and engaged online community.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media analytics to evaluate content performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
Trend & Market Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, viral content, industry developments, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s content remains relevant, creative, and competitive.
