Description

We are seeking a results-driven Modern Trade Sales Executive, who can consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution goals, to manage and expand our brand presence across Modern Trade (Hypermarket, Supermarket and Self Service) outlets. You will oversee key account management including payment collection & reconciling, listing, off-take performance, in-store execution to drive revenue growth. Also, you need to manage field merchandisers to ensure optimal planogram compliance, stock freshness, and out-of-stock situations.


Requirements:
• 2 -5years experience in sales, within FMCG distribution.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Valid Bahraini driver’s license.
