Indoor Sales cum Commercial Officer – Trading

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or related field

Experience: Experience in indoor sales, commercial operations, trading, ERP systems or sales coordination preferred

Skills: Strong customer service, communication, commercial and analytical skills

Excellent MS Excel skills

Experience preparing quotations, sales orders and commercial documents

Good knowledge of purchasing, supplier coordination and order follow-up

Ability to compare supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing

Experience coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams

Strong documentation, filing and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Professional communication with customers and suppliers

ERP/trading experience will be an advantage
