Job Opening: Floral & Event Decor Specialist 🌸✨
​We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in designing and executing event decorations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Design and create floral arrangements (fresh and artificial) for various events.
​Set up stages, wedding backdrops, reception tables, and entrance decor.
​Handle on-site event decoration setups (arches, photo booths, mood lighting, etc.).
​Maintain flower care/quality standards and ensure timely delivery and installation.
​Requirements:
​Proven experience in floral design and event decoration.
​Strong artistic sense and familiarity with modern decor trends.
​Ability to work on-site and manage high-pressure event timelines.
​Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
