Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily production activities and workers.
* Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and safety procedures.
* Coordinate with management and production teams.
* Maintain production records and reports.
* Handle and resolve day-to-day production issues.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Good leadership and team-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
