Competency requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma In Engineering, Computer with sound knowledge of software
Work Experience: 10/5+ years of experience in the same field.
Knowledge/Skills: Should have knowledge of two- and three-dimensional drawings
Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, etc., is the key requirement of this position.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Site visits along with the project engineers/supervisors for measurement and understanding the requirement of the customers.
• Preparing Prequalification Documents.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Preparing and analyzing castings/BOQs
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Advising on procurement strategy;
• Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Providing advice on contractual claims.
• Preparing project final account.
• Experiencing in the construction industry is a MUST
