Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality
Good English communication skills
Ability to manage bookings, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and payments
Strong organization and attention to detail
Previous spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality experience is preferred
Comfortable with sales and recommending spa treatments and packages
