Civil Engineer – Bahrain

We are looking for skilled and motivated Civil Engineers to join our team in Bahrain. Candidates with any one of the following qualifications — Diploma, B.Tech/B.E., or M.Tech/M.E. in Civil Engineering — are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil construction activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain quality and productivity.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, technical standards, and safety

Requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical or quality issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
• Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Assist with quantity estimation, material requirements, and project planning.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Support project completion, inspections, and handover activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Any one qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in civil construction, site supervision, or project execution.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, BOQs, and site procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site and undertake overtime when required.
