Position: Service Sales Coordinator
Gender: Male
Salary: BD 350–400

Job Requirements
• Experience in service sales coordination, preferably in the service industry.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficient in MS Office
• Ability to prepare and understand technical drawings and service-related documents.
• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal departments.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate service sales activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, service proposals, and related documents.
• Communicate with customers and follow up on inquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure smooth job execution.
• Use AutoCAD for preparing or reviewing technical drawings when required.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on ongoing service jobs.
