📢 VACANCY – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Reputed Trading Company Bahrain
A reputed trading company with multiple retail shops and branches across Bahrain is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team.
💼 Position: Senior Accountant
📍 Location: Bahrain
💰 Salary: BD 300 – 350 per month
👤 Age: 30–40 years
📊 Reporting To: Managing Director & General Manager
✅ Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of overall accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience
• 3 years of Bahrain experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain VAT
• Experience in Audit Coordination
• Good knowledge of MIS Reporting
• Experience handling accounts for multiple branches / retail outlets preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple retail branches
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
• Monitor branch sales, expenses, cash and bank transactions
• Handle Bahrain VAT accounting and compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules/documents
• Perform bank, cash, supplier and customer reconciliations
• Monitor branch-wise accounting and financial performance
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
🎯 Ideal Candidate
An experienced accountant who can independently manage accounting operations for a multi-branch retail trading business and provide accurate financial information directly to the Managing Director and General Manager.
