Position

Female Registered Nurse

Five Candles Home Healthcare Center is seeking qualified female nurses to join our team and provide professional nursing and home healthcare services to patients in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Requirements

- Female candidate currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Holds a recognized and accredited Nursing Certificate / Nursing Qualification.
- Must be qualified to practice nursing in the Kingdom of Bahrain. A valid NHRA license or eligibility for NHRA licensing is preferred.
- Previous experience in nursing or home healthcare is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, patient, and committed to professional nursing ethics.
- Ability to work independently and follow patient care plans and medical instructions.
- Ability to provide safe, professional, and high-quality nursing care.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide professional nursing and healthcare services to patients in their homes.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general health condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with medical prescriptions and applicable regulations.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes as required.
- Provide post-operative nursing care and follow-up.
- Provide appropriate care for elderly and dependent patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing and patient records.
- Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team when required and report any changes in the patient’s condition.
- Maintain patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with the policies and procedures of Five Candles Home Healthcare Center and the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
