Description

• Machine Operation: Experience running high-speed injection molding machine for a minimum of 3-5 years.
• Parameter setting: capable of independently setting and fine-tuning machine parameters to meet exact product specification
• Servo Robotic Systems: knowledge in setting and programming Servo Controller robotic system for automated picking, handling and packing
• Material Knowledge: solid understanding of PP, PS and ABS and other common thermoplastics used in food-grade manufacturing
• Advance Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve process-related faults in real-time to minimize machine stoppage
• Mold maintenance: perform mold cleaning, lubricating and minor repairs and maintenance (polishing cavities, checking vents, etc.)
• Defect Analysis: identify root cause of issues (e.g., flash, short shots, skin mark) and apply corrective adjustment to parameters or mold condition.
• OEE Tracking: monitor and improve OEE –work on performance in availability, performance and quality on machines and products.
• Shift Coordination: coordinate shift activities, conduct detailed handovers, perform routine QC checks and enforce housekeeping and safety.
