As we expand our client base, we're looking for a Manager who doesn't just oversee accounts — who takes ownership of client relationships, drives results, and is rewarded directly for the value they create.

About the Role
As Manager, you will sit at the heart of our client service delivery — leading a team of accountants and VAT specialists, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and compliance, and acting as the senior point of contact for our most valued clients. You'll combine hands-on technical oversight with commercial acumen, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow the practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of VAT returns, financial statements, and management accounts across a portfolio of clients
• Ensure full compliance with local and international VAT/tax regulations, and proactively advise clients on changes in legislation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and VAT associates, setting quality standards and reviewing their work
• Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients — building trust, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand services
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, including cross-selling advisory services to existing clients
• Monitor engagement profitability, manage billing, and support pricing decisions
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors on behalf of clients as required
• Contribute to internal process improvements, technology adoption, and team training initiatives
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA / CPA / CA / CTA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, VAT/tax advisory, or a similar client-facing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Strong working knowledge of VAT legislation and compliance requirements; multi-jurisdiction experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and identify commercial opportunities
• Comfortable working with accounting/VAT software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) and Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A commercial mindset — someone who thinks like an owner, not just a manager
