Looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef specializing in mini cakes, pastries, sweets, and desserts for catering and events.

Must be able to:

* Produce high-quality, attractive mini desserts in volume
* Develop new dessert ideas
* Maintain consistency and presentation
* Control food cost, portions, and wastage
* Manage inventory and minimize waste
* Work cleanly, efficiently, and independently

Catering or high-volume pastry experience is preferred.
