Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical MEP works at construction sites.
Manage daily activities of mechanical technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site teams.
Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and site productivity.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project management.
Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues promptly.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Mechanical Supervisor in the construction industry is a must.
Strong knowledge of mechanical MEP installation and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Bahrain construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
