JOB VACANCY – CARPENTRY, CNC & FINISHING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced **Workshop Supervisor** to manage and supervise **carpentry, furniture manufacturing, wooden decorations, CNC, painting, and finishing works**.

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise the workshop team and organize daily tasks.
* Assign jobs and monitor production according to priorities and deadlines.
* Supervise carpentry, furniture manufacturing, and wooden decoration works.
* Follow up on **2D & 3D CNC** works and coordinate with the CNC designer, programmer, and operator.
* Supervise painting, **PU, and polishing/finishing works**.
* Ensure the quality of materials and finished products meets the required specifications and samples.
* Read and understand drawings, dimensions, and production details.
* Coordinate between the carpentry, CNC, painting, finishing, and installation teams.
* Monitor production and resolve technical issues during the work.
* Ensure projects are completed within the required deadlines.
* Follow up on workers’ requirements for materials, tools, and equipment.
* Ensure safety procedures and proper workshop organization are maintained.
* Prepare progress reports and report any issues to management.

### Requirements:

* Practical experience in **managing carpentry workshops, furniture manufacturing, and wooden decoration works**.
* Good knowledge of **CNC, carpentry, painting, and finishing works**.
* Ability to lead a team and organize production efficiently.
* Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Must have a valid Bahrain driving license or be able to obtain one.**
