JOB VACANCY – SALES ENGINEER

Carpentry, Furniture, CNC & Interior Works

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Engineer** with experience in **carpentry, furniture manufacturing, wooden decorations, CNC, and finishing works**.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
* Communicate with clients and understand their technical requirements.
* Visit clients and project sites to take measurements and collect the required information.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design and production teams.
* Provide suitable technical solutions to clients.
* Follow up on quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
* Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project requirements with the design and production teams.
* Follow up on projects from quotation and contract stages through to completion and handover.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Monitor the market and competitors and identify new business opportunities.
* Achieve the sales targets set by management.
* Prepare regular reports on sales, clients, projects, and potential opportunities.

Requirements:

* Practical experience in **sales or project management within carpentry, furniture, interior decoration, CNC, or finishing works**.
* Good knowledge of wood materials, manufacturing processes, and finishing works.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to prepare quotations and understand quantities and basic project costs.
* Proactive personality with the ability to develop and maintain a customer base.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* **Must have a valid Bahrain driving license or be able to obtain one.**
