Description

A leading 4-Star Hotel in Juffair is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, audit, and control daily food, beverage, and operational costs across all departments.

Conduct regular inventory counts, variance analysis, and stock reconciliations.

Manage purchasing processes, vendor pricing, receiving, and store inventory.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports for management.

Work closely with Executive Chefs and department heads to maintain standard recipes and yield management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience as a Cost Controller in the hospitality/hotel industry (Mandatory).

Strong analytical background with expertise in hotel inventory and POS systems.

Proficiency / Hands-on experience with IDS Fortune NEXT (or similar IDS Hotel Software) is a strong plus.

High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (preferred).
