Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery & Merchandiser Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers, ensuring proper product merchandising, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver products safely and on time to assigned customers and outlets.
• Arrange and merchandise products according to company standards.
• Check stock levels, product availability, and expiry dates.
• Take customer orders and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and outlet staff.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and well-stocked.
• Handle invoices, delivery documents, and collections as required.
• Report market activities, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and merchandising targets.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, delivery, merchandising, or FMCG is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and delivery routes.
• Physically fit and able to handle and move products.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
