Purpose:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving the company’s sales targets. This role focuses on promoting products, generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Target Achievement:
• Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor progress toward personal and team sales goals and actively contribute to meeting overall company sales objectives..
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products to potential clients.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions through the company’s products or services.
3. Market Research & Sales Development:
• Research sales statistics and identify new business opportunities in the target market.
• Observe market trends and propose new ways to make products more appealing.
4. Activities & Product Expertise:
• Use promotional methods such as calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients.
• Become an expert on the company’s products and serve as a reliable source of information for clients.
• Assemble product displays and participate in marketing campaigns as needed.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement strategies and share feedback on market performance.
• Coordinate with other teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service) to support sales initiatives.
6. some Skills:
