Wanted - New Kitchen Staff (Bahrain) – Sourdough, Focaccia & Brisket

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Staff to join a new concept specializing in sourdough, focaccia and slow-cooked beef brisket.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

• Making sourdough and focaccia from scratch
• Preparing and making sandwiches
• Beef brisket marination, seasoning and slow cooking
• Managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Operating, maintaining and organizing kitchen equipment
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and consistency

Previous experience in a bakery, artisan sandwich shop, BBQ/brisket concept or similar kitchen environment is preferred.
