B2B Sales & Marketing Representative Wanted – Interior Design Commission Based

Lumera Interiors is looking for a confident and well-connected B2B Sales & Marketing Representative to help us expand our client base in Bahrain.

We need someone who can actively approach and build relationships with:

• Real estate developers & property companies
• Construction & contracting companies
• Architects & engineering firms
• Retail stores, restaurants, cafés & salons
• Corporate offices and other businesses requiring interior design services

Your Goal:
Introduce Lumera Interiors, present our portfolio and services, arrange meetings with decision-makers, and bring us qualified interior design projects and B2B partnerships.

💰 Attractive Commission-Based Income
This is not a fixed-salary position. You will receive commission for every successful project/client you bring to Lumera Interiors. Strong performers can earn significantly based on results.

We’re looking for someone who:
✓ Has B2B sales, marketing or business development experience
✓ Is confident approaching companies and decision-makers
✓ Has strong communication and negotiation skills
✓ Understands the Bahrain market
