Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare mood boards, material selections, design presentations, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as required.
Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure designs are implemented according to approved drawings.
Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
Prepare design revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
Assist with BOQs, specifications, quotations, and project documentation.
Ensure projects meet required quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
Keep updated with current interior design trends, materials, and finishes available in Bahrain.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects.
Previous Bahrain experience is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of the Bahrain interior design and fit-out market.
Knowledge of local materials, suppliers, contractors, and construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is an advantage.
Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Preferred Candidate

Have previous Bahrain work experience.
Have good knowledge of Bahrain suppliers, contractors, materials, and fit-out practices.
Have experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
Can join immediately or within a short notice period.
