We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and results-driven Premium Lounge Manager to take charge of our lounge operations and drive business growth.

YOUR ROLE

✓ Full responsibility for daily operations
✓ Drive sales & revenue growth
✓ Develop strategies to increase sales and customer spending
✓ Lead, motivate & train the team
✓ Maintain exceptional premium service standards
✓ Create initiatives to grow and strengthen the brand
✓ Implement effective cost-control measures
✓ Monitor performance, productivity & profitability
✓ Build strong customer relationships & drive repeat business
