Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
- Coordinate architectural works from design development through construction and completion.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings, details, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and technical submissions.
- Identify design conflicts, discrepancies, and clashes and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in resolving technical and architectural issues encountered during construction.
- Monitor drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved documents are available to the project team.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs, technical queries, and design clarifications.
- Assist with preparation and review of as-built drawings and project documentation.
- Attend coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding architectural matters.
- Monitor architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support the Project Manager and Architect in achieving project schedule, quality, and coordination objectives.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, submissions, and correspondence.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination and construction projects.
- Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit/BIM is highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings, submissions, and project requirements simultaneously.
- GCC/Bahrain construction experience is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
