We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations across our hospitality and F&B outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and strong performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily restaurant/venue operations and staff scheduling
Ensure quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Monitor sales, labor cost, wastage, and service speed
Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally
Support inventory, suppliers, and cost control

REQUIREMENTS


3+ years of hospitality/F&B operations experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Good knowledge of Excel/Sheets and reporting
