Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Construction team.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a similar MEP Supervisor role
Strong building construction background
Hands-on experience in villa and high-rise building projects
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Must be currently available in Bahrain
GCC experience is preferred
Good command of English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP site activities and workforce
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works
Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, layouts and SLDs
Coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural works
Supervise subcontractors and site teams
Monitor materials, equipment and manpower deployment
Conduct site inspections and follow up on snags
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities
Maintain daily progress records and site reports
Identify and resolve MEP clashes and routing conflicts
Ensure compliance with construction quality and safety requirements
Use MS Excel for material, equipment and manpower tracking
