We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team urgently.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
* Mall cleaning experience is required
* Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate cleaning staff
* Good knowledge of cleaning machinery and equipment
* Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
* Strong team-management and communication skills
* Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
* Ability to work under pressure and manage daily cleaning operations


Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage cleaning staff and daily duties
* Ensure high cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained
* Monitor the proper use of machinery, equipment, and chemicals
* Prepare staff schedules and allocate work
* Inspect cleaning areas and ensure client requirements are met
* Handle staff issues and maintain discipline
