Job Overview:

A growing interior fitout and construction company in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive / Engineer to drive business growth, secure new projects, and manage client relationships across the commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and upcoming projects in fitout, joinery, and construction.

Build and maintain strong networks with architects, interior designers, consultants, main contractors, and project owners.

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to prepare competitive quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation team.

Present company capabilities to potential clients, conduct site visits, and negotiate project terms to secure deals.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming industry developments in Bahrain.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project kickoff and client satisfaction throughout project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration (Engineering background preferred for Sales Engineer designation).

2–5 years of proven track record in sales/business development within interior fitout, joinery, or construction in Bahrain or the GCC.

Ability to read CAD drawings, understand estimation processes, and interpret BOQs.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid Bahrain driving license with a personal vehicle preferred.
