We’re Hiring – Operations Manager (Coffee Shop / F&B)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and develop the operations of a growing coffee shop business with multiple branches in Bahrain.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing multiple branches.
• Strong preference for candidates with Coffee Shop / Café Chain experience.
• Proven experience managing Branch Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Waste & Cost Control.
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
• Good understanding of sales reports, KPIs, POS systems, and basic P&L analysis.
• Experience in new branch openings and maintaining consistent operational standards across locations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct regular and surprise branch visits and provide management with clear operational reports and corrective action plans.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bahrain F&B market experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all branches, maintain product and service quality, control operational costs and waste, develop and monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with company SOPs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
